We are very proud to introduce our new range of Giltwood stands and
brackets. We use the stands for all our own lamping and you can see examples
of this on our decorative page. These are very high quality products which
are hand- carved and gilded in the Far East by expert craftsmen, who use only
recycled timber in their manufacture.
The Teak from which they are carved comes from the old stumps of Teakwood tree so are "Forest-Friendly". The timber is then kiln dried so that there is no danger of the wood cracking over the years. |
The designs for these stands
are all taken from original antique pieces in our own collection (which sadly
are not available for re sale). Because all of these products are hand carved
please allow for a slight variation in size.
We feel that the brackets and stands are of superb quality and are competitively priced. Please note that we are happy to offer discounts on bulk orders, however as these pieces are all hand carved not all sizes maybe available at any given time. If we are given enough notice then this will enable us to facilitate larger orders. If there are any other queries please do not hesitate to contact us. |
